Grafton Accommodation is centrally located with great views over the harbour and down the tree lined Grafton Valley. Comprising three levels in total; each has floor has its own sunny living area and newly renovated shared kitchen and bathrooms.

We work to encourage a great tenant and Visitor atmosphere where people can meet as a group and socialise together. 24 Hour access safe and secure.

Located on the boarder of Grafton and Eden Terrace we are just minutes from the heart of the city providing easy access to the city's major attractions, market and shopping areas, central bus, train and ferry terminals, movie theatres, museum, art galleries and the funky K-road / city fringe areas.

Directions

We are situated at the top end of Symonds St, just past Grafton bridge. You can see us on the left when you stroll across the motorway with the city behind you. Look to your right and you will see the famous K rd on your left and also Symonds Street cemetery and Gardens. There are various ways to get to us from the Airport, taxis, shuttles. The cheapest is the Air bus which picks up ( green on map ) and drops off either side of our accommodation ( Blue sops ) make sure you get the Mount Eden Rd route ask the friendly driver .

City - airport

A regular 10-minute Airbus Express service is available from the Airport providing a direct service into Auckland’s CBD. The service drops off at designated stops down Queen Street and terminates at the downtown Ferry Terminal next to Britomart for easy onward travel by Ferry, Bus or Train. Airbus operates two routes into the city via Mt Eden Road and Dominion Road where you can connect to central city surburbs including: Mt Albert, Mt Eden village, Mt Roskill, Sandringham, Newton and Grafton. Tickets can be purchased from Airbus Tickets Kiosks, direct from one of our friendly drivers (cash only) or pre book on-line at www.airbus.co.nz. Tickets cost NZ$16 one way or $28 return.
