The Old Cottage & Restaurant was built in 1879 & is centrally located between the Pleasure Beach & the Town Centre.
We are 100 yards from the newly renovated Promenade & within easy reach of all Blackpool\'s major attractions.
Blackpool South train station is a 10 minute walk away or 3 minutes in a taxi, but the tram & bus stops are right on our doorstep.
This family run establishment was taken over in May 2011 by Tony & Julie & we are proud to present delicious home cooked food, good value accommodation & excellent standards of cleanliness.
We can promise a very warm welcome & pride ourselves on the attention to detail to ensure you stay at The Old Cottage & Restaurant is relaxed & carefree.
We cater for couples, singles, families with children of all ages, senior citizens, business travellers, contractors & small groups are also welcome.
There are 8 rooms in total over two floors, a fully licensed bar for residents & a fully licensed restaurant open to non residents.
Bar snacks are available for guest even after the restaurant has closed so if you get back after a long day out, you can still relax & enjoy a meal in the comfort of the hotel bar.
The lounge bar is the perfect place to meet & greet family & friends, start the night off with a few drinks before hitting the bright lights of Blackpool.
Or why not relax on the comfy sofas & spend a quiet night in enjoying a glass of wine & maybe finish off the evening with a liqueur coffee.
Our rooms can be let on a room only basis as the restaurant is open 7 days a week from 8.

This means you can eat what you want, when you want & are not restricted to set meal times.
Breakfast & evening meal options can be arranged if preferred when booking.
All the rooms are comfortably furnished with complimentary tea & coffee making facilities, LCD TV & DVD players (160 freeview channels), hand & bath towels, central heating & double glazing.
Irons & hairdryers are available on request.
The family run restaurant offers good value home cooked food.
It has its own unique character with beams & fire place giving a warm homely feel to it.
We offer a varied menu to suit all tastes & can cater for special requests with prior notice.
Nothing is too much trouble.
If you are celebrating a special occasion while you\'re away, we can arrange cakes, buffets or personal set menus, just speak to Julie to organize your requirements.
Buffet menus start from 5 per head & 3 course menus from 7.
